What we collect

• Information you submit through our enquiry, pilot request and investor forms: name, work email, organisation, role, enquiry type and any message content.
• Correspondence you send us by email.
• Basic technical and usage data generated when you visit this site, such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from IP address.

We do not ask for special category data, and we ask that you do not send confidential operational or security information through a web form.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and to assess pilot, partnership or investment fit.
• To send information you have asked for, such as an investor deck.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Our lawful bases are your consent (where given), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing

We use service providers for website hosting, email and customer relationship management, and they process data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. Where our prospective carrier or capacity partners need to be involved in a pilot discussion, we will tell you before sharing anything about you with them.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to pursue or close the conversation, and normally no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contractual or legal obligation requires longer.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

International transfers and security

Where data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we use appropriate safeguards. We apply encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege access to enquiry data. Data residency commitments relating to our future connectivity services are described on our sovereignty page and are separate from this website policy.
