A national energy company cannot route pipeline telemetry or employee locations through servers on another continent. Neither can a port authority or a state infrastructure programme.
Our position
Sovereignty is an architecture decision, not a clause.
Retrofitting data residency into a global platform is not a configuration change. We designed for in-jurisdiction deployment from the start, because that is the only version of this service a sovereign buyer can approve.
In-country core
The components that see identity, location and traffic are deployed inside the customer's jurisdiction, where sessions are routed, metered and stored.
Licensed locally
Spectrum stays with licensed carriers. We operate through them rather than around them, which is what makes the service procurable.
Evidence, not assurances
Every session produces an auditable record the customer can export for its own regulator.
Stated plainly: Elentári is pre-commercial. We hold no telecommunications licence and display no certification we have not been awarded. Licensing routes in our first markets are in progress with local counsel and carrier partners.
